Off the Leash

"Off the Leash" is a 2018 Gold Medal Winner in both the Canadian and Ontario Brewing Awards and features a combination of English and more intense American west coast hops. While this projects a noticeable citrus-hop aroma and taste, specialty malts are used to balance overall flavour. The beer is unfiltered which provides a more subtle taste and a smooth medium-light mouth-feel .
Across the Pond

"Across the Pond" is a 2016 Ontario Brewing Award winner and available in LCBO stores across Ontario. It uses a unique blend of hops to deliver a soft aroma with subtle supporting malt accents. The hop bitterness perfectly compliments the specialty malt flavours. "Across the Pond" It is a very drinkable, thirstquenching and enjoyable ale in the tradition of the fine English ales available around Cambridge, England (where Ted grew up!).
Against the Grain
Helles Lager

"Against the Grain" is a Gold Medal winner in the 2019 Ontario Brewing Awards and is a clean, refreshing beer brewed in the German style. Crisp with a medium dry finish, a slight malt sweetness and balanced with German hops. The perfect choice for kicking back on the cottage dock, the back yard or the ski chalet after a long day on the slopes.
Under the Sakura
Cherry Blossom Lager

"Under the Sakura", is a light wheat based lager with a subtle hint of cherry aroma and flavour. We wanted to create a unique and easy drinking lager to celebrate the annual spring cherry blossom festival in High Park and partnered with a Niagara cherry farmer to use Ontario grown cherries in our beer. The word ‘Sakura’ is Japanese for Cherry Blossom tree - this is why we named our beer Under the Sakura. Look for it in local bars and restaurants.
Peacock Pilsner

Created in collaboration with the Friends of High Park Zoo, this crisp and clean beer is brewed with purpose – a portion of all beer sales are donated to benefit the High Park Zoo, Canada’s oldest Zoo currently celebrating 125 years. The Peacock theme was made famous when one of the birds escaped and spent several days in local neighbourhoods.
On Blueberry Hill Stout
